Marriage-Birth-Death Certificates
To obtain a certified copy of a record, the person requesting must be able to prove that they are eligible to receive the record, complete the application, provide proof of identity and pay for the record.
A single copy is $15, and any additional copies of the same records are $6 each at the time of request.

Copies of Birth and Death Certificates can only be obtained through the town of residence at the time or through the Maine Divison of Public Health Systems
Copies of Marriage Certificates can only be obtained at the office where the intentions were filed or through the Maine Division of Public Health Systems
